I thought it strange when I saw this on the web. Unless I overlooked someone of color, surely this must be a different Atlanta than the one I visited this past weekend (14 April 2008). Granted, I do know that there aren't that many ballet dancers of color. I thought (at least) in the "black" mecca of the south - surely there would be one. Perhaps, we have not progressed as far as I would like to think.
