Finally, the NBA has recognized the most prolific player in the league. The munchkin, David Stern, had to finally accept the truth and quit kissing Tim Duncan's butt for one minute to officially call Kobe Bryant what he truly is, the world's best basketball player. I don't know what measurements they have been using in years past, but I was about to boycott the NBA hadn't they come to their senses. Clearly they had a serious bias toward Steve Nash and Tim Duncan over the past few years. I thought Stern was in love with those guys because clearly they weren't the best player, not when another guy is shattering all kinds of records. 81 points in one game from a guard (or any position for that matter) is no joke, even if they were just letting him do it. I personally think the guy (KB) is part Jedi, because he clearly had the entire Toronto Raptors team hypnotized that night. Though it is 5 years late, Congrats Kobe.

Even though they were burned in the finals this year '08, I believe that they will rise from the ashes like the Phoenix and bring glory to the city of Angels once again.
