Embarrassed Queen City

The city of Charlotte (more specifically, Mecklenburg County) has greatly embarrassed itself recently. They couldn't even elect a sheriff properly. Do I really want to be living here, (I still do despite their incompetence). Forgive the the poor Mecklenburg County Commissioners I expect that they all (except Valerie Woodard, she did the right thing and voted with the people) will be looking for jobs in November. Didn't they learn from Lynn Wheeler? Remember her voting against the voice of the people and building the Bobcats arena (I sure hope they gave Bob Johnson gave her lifetime passes to all events there). Where is she now? Out of elected office, that's where.
