The mockery of the presidency has reached a new high as of late. George Bush referred to the Pope's speech as "awesome" in that crazy, but beautiful Texas twang (I love most Southern dialects). He also referred to the current recession as "a rough patch". Google it and see. "We're just going through a rough patch." You really can't blame him such a removed view of the world or even the common American for that manner. His dad was clueless too. Clinton's (Bill that is) campaign motto against him (George Sr.) was: It's the economy stupid. If I had $100 for every Bushism (or verbal blunder) this guy has made in the last 8 years, I am sure I would beat out Bill Gates as the world's second richest man.
